Where is my activation email?
Activation emails are sent by our server before you even see the first game page.
If your one has not arrived, check your email address in preferences and try resending your code.
If that does not work and you REALLY have checked your email address is correct (hatmail.com is NOT the same as hotmail.com)
check that you or your ISP is not blocking email sent from us.
If this fails ask your ISP why you are not getting email sent to you.
Why does my alliance tag not show up, even though im in an alliance?
Alliance tags stay hidden for 6 ticks or until there are 5 members to an alliance.
What is newbie protection?
Newbie protection allows an empire to be unaffected by other empires for a period of 72 hours
What does newbie protection do?
Newbie protection does not allow other empires to attack, EMP, or probe you and does not allow you to buy ships off the market
Can I leave newbie protection early?
Yes, Only after the game has been running for a set period of time (2 weeks for Merlin | 2 days for Eclipse)
